WhiteSwell’s eLym™ System offers a different approach to excess fluid removal in ADHF patients, with the creation of a low pressure zone at the Thoracic Duct outflow to support the drainage capabilities of the lymphatic system. The eLym System is used in conjunction with diuretic therapy.
The WhiteSwell eLym™ System is delivered in a minimally invasive procedure near the thoracic duct outflow which is located at the bifurcation of the left jugular and subclavian veins.
The system isolates the Thoracic Duct zone and creates a low pressure region with its decompression pump to facilitate lymph flow.
Intended for use in the treatment of fluid overload or congestion in ADHF patients.

The eLym™ System console enables clinicians to manage the thoracic duct zone pressure in two ways. The speed of the decompression pump can be adjusted manually or clinicians can choose an automatic setting to maintain a lower target pressure.
